When my mother died a couple years ago, we entrusted Arlyn Tratt with the task of selling her home. Arlyn did some research and tracked down the company that installed the windows. It turned out that the repairs were covered by an existing warranty and instead of us paying thousands of dollars in repairs, the window company repaired everything for free.
