Every Sunday, we were out visiting the open houses. We met Arlyn Tratt at an open house. After a nice and professional conversation, I was very impressed with his real estate experience, honesty, and guidance. Right at that time, I decided to have his services as my realtor to look for the property for us. My instinct forced me to work with him.
Arlyn kept us updated on daily basis emailing us the listings, and we were also emailing him and texting him about properties that we used to see online. When my mother died a couple years ago, we entrusted Arlyn Tratt with the task of selling her home. Our initial goals were the same as anyone's; get the highest selling price and sell the home as fast as possible. Then we found out there's a lot more to it. To say that Arlyn went above and beyond is an understatement. While a lot of people may claim to go "above and beyond" Arlyn actually delivered! For example, prospective buyers raised issues about some problems they discovered with the windows in the unit. We were not happy about an unexpected expense to get the place ready to sell but we were prepared to pay for these necessary repairs. Arlyn did some research and tracked down the company that installed the windows. It turned out that the repairs were covered by an existing warranty and instead of us paying thousands of dollars in repairs, the window company repaired everything for free.
