When my mother died a couple years ago, we entrusted Arlyn Tratt with the task of selling her home. Our initial goals were the same as anyone's; get the highest selling price and sell the home as fast as possible. Then we found out there's a lot more to it. This home was part of an association and we did not realize we had various responsibilities for before, during and after the sale. To say that Arlyn went above and beyond is an understatement. While a lot of people may claim to go "above and beyond" Arlyn actually delivered! For example, prospective buyers raised issues about some problems they discovered with the windows in the unit. We were not happy about an unexpected expense to get the place ready to sell but we were prepared to pay for these necessary repairs. Arlyn did some research and tracked down the company that installed the windows. It turned out that the repairs were covered by an existing warranty and instead of us paying thousands of dollars in repairs, the window company repaired everything for free.
